Donuts:
Cummings brews up Dunkin' Donuts! Dunkin's makes another familiar
presence in the area, right in TradeCenter 128! It's going to be
just the thing you need to start your day, add to your meetings,
perk you up in the afternoon, or prepare you for your ride home.
Located on the pond side of the building, expect to see the doors
to Dunkin' Donuts opened by October. |

Flexion Therapeutics partners with pharmaceutical companies interested
in Flexion's early-stage, truth-seeking approach in drug development.
Often these client firms are too immersed in large commitments of
late-stage drug development to advance early-stage candidates currently
on-hold. Combining resources and expertise, Flexion can reportedly
advance, for a lot less money and in less time than other companies,
orphaned candidates to Proof of Concept, and potentially through
global submission, and ultimately approval. |

TradeCenter 128 is The Lobby Shop's fourth location. All are operating
within major office buildings in and around Boston including the
Financial District's prestigious 75 State Street. Scheduled to open
in August, The Lobby Shop will retail goods such as gum and candy,
soda, tobacco, magazines and the Massachusetts Lottery. It will
be located near the main entrance just off the lobby, of course. |

for business on March 17, 2008. Replacing the long troublesome Edward
J. Sullivan Courthouse in Cambridge, the new court building opened
just 14 months after Commonwealth officials signed the lease with
Cummings. |
